Law Firm Is Sued Over Asbestos Medical Claims

I just retuened from Miami in lovely Dade county Florida and it is time to get to the writing thing. According to the National Law Journal, CSX Transportation Inc is asking the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to reinstate its claim that Pittsburgh’s Robert Peirce & Associates violated the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. It is not certain at this time if the attorney general will get involved in the case, or perhaps he already has.
